Return & Exchange Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds.

  • You can exchange your purchase within 7 days after delivery if accompanied by the original sales receipt and original Graceline packaging.

  • Merchandise is only eligible for exchange if it is not used, altered, washed, or damaged and must have all original tags attached.

  • Your exchange can be coordinated via email (graceline.pk@gmail.com) or by calling us at +923069394848 between 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.

  • In case of a price reduction due to sales promotions, exchanges will only be made against the new, marked-down price.

  • Used or misused items will not be eligible for exchange.

  • Claims of damaged merchandise must be made within 3 days of purchase. For online orders, damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • Claims and exchanges may take up to 3 weeks to be processed.

  • No exchanges are allowed during sales or promotion periods.

  • Products on promotion are not eligible for exchange.
